“Football is played with your head. Your feet are just the tools.” – Andrea Pirlo

Players
Live or video viewing of the player followed by a weekly or monthly video analysis of the player’s performance. A thorough report will describe strengths and areas of improvement of the player. The emphasis will be on the technical, tactical and mental/cognitive aspects. Same for the player’s behaviour on 4 different phases of play (offensive and defensive phases, transitions attack-defence and transitions defence-attack).
Example for an attacking midfielder:
Technical aspect (dribbling and long balls quality)
Tactical aspect (space exploitation, positioning during defensive phases)
Mental/cognitive aspect (scanning and decision-making in offensive final third)
Clubs
Live or video viewing of a team or their future opponents, followed by a weekly or monthly analysis. The latter will be focusing on the team or opponents’ different game phases (offensive/defensive phases and transition phases attack-defence/defence-attack). A meticulous report will also analyse set pieces (offensive and defensive). The goal is to help the technical staff putting in place a game plan and prepare each game/competition in the best way possible (eradicate the opponent’s strengths and exploit their weaknesses).
Regarding scouting, a live or video viewing of players will be done. A detailed scouting report (written or video) will then be given to the team’s coaching staff or club’s scouting department. The scouting report will put emphasis on the player´s strengths and areas of improvement.
Federations/
National teams
Live or video viewing of a team or their future opponents. Similar to the job done with clubs, the weekly or monthly analysis will focus on the team or opponents’ different game phases (offensive/defensive phases and transition phases attack-defence/defence-attack). A meticulous report will scrutinize set pieces (offensive and defensive). The goal is to help the technical staff putting in place a game plan and eliminate any uncertainty before a game/competition (eradicate the opponent’s strengths and exploit their weaknesses).
Regarding scouting, a live or video viewing of players eligible to play for the national team will be done. A detailed scouting report (written or video) will then be presented to the national team’s coaching staff or the federation’s technical department. The scouting report will put emphasis on the player´s strengths and areas of improvement.
Players’ agents
Subsequent an agent’s request, a live or video viewing of a player will be done. A detailed scouting report (written or video) will then be given to the players’ agent. The scouting report will focus on the player’s strengths and areas of improvement.
